Is it 'something Time Away'? It looks like a nice message with the heart at the end. It gives me the eebie geebies thinking about hanging over there and painting it on tho!
It says, actually, only "Time Away" with a clock at the end.
I've often wondered how it was done, especially since it's a working train bridge and the painters would have to make a run for it when the train came along; they'd have quite a distance to run too before they could jump off the tracks.
