Just under the wire, but I'm in! I rushed in to sit and be quiet. For the next 30 days I plan on meditating for at least 10 minutes/day. It's something I've thought about for years (!). I have books, DVDs, and numerous blogs on my Google reader to attest to this fact. Now to begin.

I have loads of tapes / books too. Sit comfortably, set a timer, count 1-4, repeat.

Careful, it gets addicitive ... not like that running thing ;-)

I've just started (after many starts and stops) meditating too. My first experience a few days ago was so positive that I'm trying again to make it part of my daily routine.

Excellent choice for a 30 Day Challenge activity.
